Flexibility 

Depending on your job role, Automattic can be really amazing when it comes to scheduling your day.

Today I got to take my stepdaughter to school and picked her up. We all ate dinner together, and housework is done. As long as I work my hours, my lead is happy. I’m blessed to have this job, and I won’t take it for granted. 9 – 5 is not for me!
