According to Last.fm

Yes, I opened my Spotify Wrapped but Last.fm’s last.year reports are full calendar years so I enjoy them more, and since I’ve been scrobbling since 9 Oct 2008, I feel it tells more about my musical taste.

last.fm offers a Playback and a last.year report, the report is reports and figures but the Playback is kinda similar to Spotify Wrapped but also picks out some interesting gems along the way.

I knew I listened to him a lot but being top 0.06% of “fans” worldwide for Alex Melton is pretty cool. He doesn’t have many listeners (about 27% compared to Spotify monthly listeners) who scrobble so I’d be interested to see where I place in that 116K on Spotify.

Also, none of the dates lined up so I missed them in the UK, Switchfoot did release their Live in LA version of one of my top albums of all time (and Their Version) so those appeared at 10 and 11th place in AOTY. 22nd place in all time Artists but I wonder what it would look like if I could scrobble all my old CD and Minidisc listens since Sept 2002…
