Luther, & tracking TV watching

Just started watching the new series of Luther. Pretty intense stuff but I love it.

It reminded me that I don’t know of an elegant solution to track this sort of thing, any tips? I mentioned before that I’m going to use Goodreads for books and Letterboxd for movies but I don’t have a solution for TV programmes.
