66% sleep quality

Since getting getting my Apple Watch, I’ve been using Pillow and Sleep++ to track my sleep better. Being ill over the past week with what is probably a viral infection has meant I haven’t been sleeping as great, a dry cough and sore throat isn’t ideal.

If it wasn’t for my mates 30th last night I’d have been asleep earlier, I had a headache by the time we left.

Last night it really showed:

Hoping it clears soon and I can get rested again.
