First user research interview

I sat in on a user research call today. Brandon from Brnkl gave us some fantastic overview of his site and how he has things set up.

User research is something I’ve known about for years but never participated in. Really glad I did, it was super nice to hear how our platform empowers someone to sell something which they found a need for.
